No it is not. Maybe you want to file a separate bug for that.<br>

In general there's no need to do full kernel reinstall, as you can
add the missing line<br>
manually -- if initrd file for the kernel is there, just add the
appropriate line.<br>
<br>
If initrd is not there, you need to generate it first (use dracut),
and then add the line.<br>
