After updating to vzctl-4.1-1I receive following message when trying to backup with vzdump

INFO: first sync finished (865 seconds)INFO: suspend vmINFO: Setting up checkpoint...INFO: Error: No checkpointing support, unable to open /proc/cpt: No such file or directoryERROR: Backup of VM XXX failed - command 'vzctl --skiplock chkpnt XXX --suspend' failed with exit code 16
Kernel: 2.6.18-308.8.2.el5.028stab101.1PAE

Looking back at forums I've found solution:

modprobe vzcpt

Is that bug in update script or I had to restart server to have new scripts execute?
