Unless you mean filesystem quotas, which I also don't use ;)<br>

I don't know, but i'm also using Debian in containers,
however, i'm *not* using quota, and i've used vzsplit to give more resources
to the containers
are you also using quota for the other containers where df -h
is giving a proper output ?
here's what i use :
