[Users] Status of OVZ 8 & 9

Everything was looking good until the end:

Error: Transaction test error:
  file /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-Virtuozzo-9 from install of
openvz-release-9.0.0-257.vz9.x86_64 conflicts with file from package
vzlinux-release-3:9.0-39.vl9.x86_64

So, it looks like they still have some things to be fix before we can
really test it
