Dear Joe,

you can take patched kernel from openvz factory: 
https://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/factory/x86_64/os/Packages/v/

for Virtuozzo users we have prepared live-patch with fix,
stable kernel will not be released in next few weeks.

Alternatively, you can take sources of last stable kernel vz7.163.46
take fixes from 
https://bugs.openvz.org/browse/OVZ-7250?devStatusDetailDialog=repository
apply it to  build kernel by yourself.
