[Users] openvz 7 backups

Can add perl-LockFile-Simple and cstream to vzlinux repos. Not sure if vzdump will work fine in OpenVZ 7 though.

I use vzdump, as described here:
https://wiki.openvz.org/Backup_of_a_running_container_with_vzdump

I strongly suggest enabling LVM when starting a new host to allow the use of LVM2 when creating the backups with zero downtime.
