[Users] Caching CentOS 6 Template on OpenVZ 7

Hi,
I tried to add the URL into /vz/template/conf/vztt/url.map

ie,

$CE_SERVER      https://vault.centos.org/6.10/os/x86_64/

and it still errors with the same.
