[Users] Caching CentOS 6 Template on OpenVZ 7

Hello,
I understand CentOS 6 is EOL, but for some reason, a few times it's needed
to test things out as many people still use it,

I tried to cache the centos-6 template and it errors with,

[root at home ~]# vzpkg update cache centos-6-x86_64
Update OS template cache for centos-6-x86_64 template
Cleaning repos: base0 base1 base2 base3
