[Users] Unable to destroy container

Hi,

I have tried to execute vzctl destroy CTID and vzctl delete CTID, however I
got the following error while deleting container

vzctl destroy 200
Destroying container private area: /vz/private/200
Can't move /vz/private/200 -> /vz/vztmp/vzctl-rm-me.c2yVKh: Operation not
permitted

If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
