[Users] Trouble accessing download.openvz.org

One of my servers is unable to access download.openvz.org but I can get to
it from my desktop browser. When attempting to run yum update I get the
following error message:

Could not retrieve mirrorlist
http://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/mirrorlists/7.0/releases-os.mirrorlist
error was 12: Timeout on
http://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/mirrorlists/7.0/releases-os.mirrorlist:
(28, 'Connection timed out after 30000 milliseconds')

Any thoughts on who I can contact for this issue? Attempts to reach out to
Virtuozzo have been unsuccessful even with a paid ReadyKernel license
(which throws the same error).
