[Users] [Update] Virtuozzo/OpenVZ 6 Update 12 Hotfix 40 (kernel 2.6.32-042stab138.1)

There was RSS feed on old openvz site, i've used it to track new updates,
but now it shows nothing. Reader's error message says timeout:
