[Users] after upgrade of vz7: Failed to get VM config: The virtual machine could not be found.

Exactly the same version.

I discovered creating a new ct, results in that ct being visible for prlctl.

Hoped to find configuration changes between the ones not being available 
for prlctl and this one, but was not to find something convincing.

Then I tried this for each container and that seems to solve my issue. 
Now "prlctl list" shows my containers again.

vzctl register  /vz/private/a83748a6-3366-47b5-8f1a-44a4e5d38f33 
a83748a6-3366-47b5-8f1a-44a4e5d38f33 --force
