[Users] Inconsistent APT repository

Thank you for checking this.
I've now upgraded without any issue 5 hosts (Devuan 8/jessie) and 3
hosts (Debian 7/wheezy)

(Linux 2.6.32-openvz-042stab132.1 ; no reboot tested)
