[Users] Devuan templates

Darn, this got me very excited, for a little while.  Unfortunately, OVZ7
template creation is quite different from OVZ7.  Even going from metal to
container is a pain.

But regardless, thanks for the script, and check out OVZ7.  It's really
great being able to run KVM vm's alongside containers.
