1. Feature

CT templates migration via vzmtemplate in Vz7

2. Description

CT templates migration in Vz7 include following major scenarios:
- ez os templates migration
- ez app templates migration
- templates migration via prlsrvctl

Migration of std templates is no longer supported. Because of this
vzmtemplate treat all templates as ez in Vz7 and '-z' option becomes
redundant.

4. Testing

vzmtemplate was ported from PCS6 to Vz7 without considerable changes, so
need to test general migration scenarios and documentation relevance.

Additionally, theoretically, vzmigrate can be affected since it
partially share source code with vzmtemplate.

Basic testing of general CT templates migration scenarios (os ez
templates migration, app ez templates migration, templates migration via
prlsrvctl, std templates prohibition).
