[Users] Legacy OpenVZ and NETDEV with firmware

Dear Johan,

I did not found changes between 111.x and 113.x kernels that could enable described issue.

So could you please collect ftrace log for request_firmware function
by using function graph tracer?

I'll need to boot the host, mount debugfs, configure ftrace on host and then start container.
