[Users] Legacy OpenVZ and NETDEV with firmware

Dear Johan,

As far as I see, driver generates udev event, probably in your case it is handled inside according continer.

Could you please try to copy according file from host to container?
If it does not help -- could you please tell us previous kernel version, where NIC worked correctly inside your container?
