[Users] cannot enter VM VZ7 , qemu-guest-agent. fails

If you set up a VNC password with prlctl maybe that is what it is asking for?
What I did was use virt-manager to install the OS from install media. During the install, I set a root password. Then post install, I installed the openvz guest tools.
