Just to make things clear to future readers, the problem as I understand it
was that kojistorage.eng.sw.ru is longer the correct host for the factory
repo.

Once that became clear, it was straightforward to correct the problem,
which in my case was cruft from successive package installs and upgrades.

Factory should be and is now pointing to download.openvz.org
