[Users] Debian 8.0 Minimal Template for VZ7

Basically it means that we added minimal Debian 8 template to Virtuozzo 7
and you can start to use it right now:

# cat /etc/virtuozzo-release
Virtuozzo release 7.0.0 (1082)
# yum install debian-8.0-x86_64-ez
# vzpkg list -O
centos-6-x86_64
centos-7-x86_64                    2015-09-30 15:36:24
centos-5-x86
debian-8.0-x86_64
debian-8.0-x86_64-minimal

So, Philip, thanks for your minimal template! We are highly appreciate any help
in development of EZ templates.
Also we have prepared best practices for those who will update existed or develop new
EZ templates - https://openvz.org/Best_practices_for_development_of_EZ_templates
It is advised to follow these recommendations.
