[Users] Upstream kernel and vzctl updated documentation

Scott,

Thanks for the response.  I had done some additional testing over the 
past few days.   Checkpointing has been implemented but it doesn't seem 
to be bug-free (dump worked, but couldn't get it to restore).  Vzctl 
does seem to be working better than LXC userspace tools out of box for 
unprivileged containers, but obviously lacks on configuration options.
