[Users] wiki translate

Hi,

finally I have installed appropriate Mediawiki plugin and
now it is possible to make translations on OpenVZ wiki.

Some notes for those who want to translate OpenVZ articles
from English to other languages are below:

* Any user can translate articles on OpenVZ wiki, but only users with
Administrator rights can mark articles for translation.

* You can translate only pages marked for translation. Full list of such pages
is here - https://openvz.org/Special:PageTranslation

* According to our statistics the most of visitors of OpenVZ wiki are people
from USA, France, Germany and Russian. So en, fr, de and ru are preferred
languages for translation. But of course you are feel free to translate for
example to Esperanto :)
