Turn this in sysctl.conf

net.ipv6.conf.default.forwarding = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.forwarding = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.proxy_ndp = 1


Also check your ip6tables in host .
