[Users] Manage KVM/Qemu and OpenVZ the same way

Partial support for vSwap is here:

https://github.com/siboulet/libvirt-openvz

Currently only support for reading/reporting these attributes. Very useful
for using along reporting / monitoring tools such as host-sflow.
