Thanks for your reply, but that didn't solve my question.

Because I do not want to use latest vzctl (testing), I need latest
vzctl from stable OpenVZ repo.

Is it possible to add? I guess I have to do things manually still
(e.g. using alien with fakeroot each time new vzctl released).
