[Users] High Load average on host

Hello,

I installed latest OpenVZ kernel(2.6.32-042stab074.10) and  noticed what
load average on host changed to 4 but with my old kernel load average was
around 0.2. On host I have 2 VPS with unlimited resources. Load average  on
each VPS is less then 1.

Can someone explain why load average on host is 4 ?
