[Users] tmpfs instead of devtmpfs

It is the same template. Its a vps that has been running but vswap had been enabled somehow. I have disabled it, but booting it still gives the same errors for dev/null. The following is mount from inside the container:

root at server [/]# swapoff -av
swapoff on /dev/null
Not superuser.


root at server [/]# mount
/dev/simfs on / type reiserfs (rw,usrquota,grpquota)
proc on /proc type proc (rw,relatime)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,relatime)
none on /dev type tmpfs (rw,relatime,mode=755)
none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,relatime,mode=600,ptmxmode=000)
none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw,relatime)
