[Users] CONFIG_SCHED_VCPU & CONFIG_FAIRSCHED missing...

Hi,

CONFIG_SCHED_VCPU is obsolete.
CONFIG_FAIRSCHED has been renamed in CONFIG_VZ_FAIRSCHED
