[Users] vzctl create 994 --ostemplate mycustomtemplate fails with Disk quota exceeded

Hi,

I am creating a new VZ with vzctl create 994 --ostemplate, and it
fails with this kind of error:

$ vzctl create 994 --ostemplate mycustomtemplate
