[Users] wiki.openvz.org loads static.openvz.org, which requires a password

It's a DNS fsckup (secondary NSs are not in sync with the primary), 
should be fixed in a few hours.

Meanwhile I re-configured the old web server so static.openvz.org is 
serving from it as well, which should work around the problem.
