[Users] vzlist stderr message Invalid value for DEVICES

I started getting a strange stderr message from vzlist

[root at rc5 ~]# vzlist | head
Invalid value for DEVICES=c:196:255:rw, skipped
       CTID      NPROC STATUS    IP_ADDR         HOSTNAME
...

Thanks for any clues or information about how I can find the 
"c:196:255:rw" device.
