[Users] vzctl netdev_add return "invalid argument"

Hello,

I don't want to add a vnetdev but i want to give a guest a real and full
access to the ethernet card itself. The wiki says it's possible with vzctl
set VEID --netdev_add ethX but it retunrs an "invalid argument" error.
