[Users] vzmigrate for PermitRootLogin=no

i wasn't willing to enable PermitRootLogin, so i modified vzmigrate to gain
root on the target server via sudo.  with any encouragement i'll be happy to
post my modified vzmigrate here, or even work out how to properly submit it
to the source.
