[Users] Incorrect time in KVM guest when running HN using ovzkernel-2.6.18-194.8.1.el5.028stab070.5 kernel.

Very strange situation. It's possible to build kvm kernel modules and
user space utilities against ovzkernel-2.6.18-194.8.1.el5.028stab070.5
kernel.
But when everything compiles and I started KVM guest (running Windows
2003 Server), I get incorrect time inside guest. Time simply don't
ticking.

No such problem when I'm running kernel-2.6.18-194.8.1.el5 from CentOS
repository.

I've searched through redhat bugzilla system found this
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=570824) which is very
similar to the issue I'm experiencing right now.
I've also tested numerous kernel versions still no luck.
I'm also tried to make this changes to the guest system
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/895980/). But it's also have no affect
on this issue.

So any so competent person from OpenVZ project can comment on that. It's
clearly that problem exists somewhere in between CentOS original kernel
build and OpenVZ kernel build.
