You haven't specified you architecture, but fortunately my magic crystal 
ball
is working flawlessly today. It tells me that you have mistakenly installed
i686 version of the kernel instead of x86_64 one. Please check if it is 
so and fix.

The fix should be something like
rpm -e ovzkernel.i686
yum install ovzkernel.x86_64
