Hello,

This means that there are more connection then allowed by ip_conntrack module. 
In this case server is droping new connections. You can check how much 
connections are allowed with:
cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_max

You can try to increase it, for example double the returned value and pass it 
to the module:
echo N > cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_max

N - new connections limit.
