[Users] centos 5.4 template in rpm or yum , miss metadata ?

Yes, but vztmpl for CentOS4 can easily be adapted to build CentOS5 OS 
templates, too. 

Also, there is an unofficial vztmpl available that allows you to build CentOS5 
templates: http://www.neonhost.com/openvz/
