On a fedora-11 (32 bits) host openVZ system I want to run a centos5.4
VPS, but apparently it is not available by default :-(

# yum search vztmpl
vztmpl-centos-4.i386
vztmpl-fedora-7.i386 ...etc .. but no centos-5 !

did I miss something in the openvz.repo !?

alternatively, I tried to use precreated template as mention here:
http://wiki.openvz.org/OS_template_cache_preparation#Alternative:_use_precreated_template_cache

I downloaded 2 tar.gz of centos5
# ls /vz/template/cache/
centos-5-i386-default-5.4-20100412.tar.gz centos-5-x86.tar.gz

I can create a VPS based on those precreated template, but it seems to
miss the template metadata or something
if I want to update my freshly installed VPS I get:
# vzyum 21230 update
ERROR: No such OS template: update

vzpkgls doesn't return anything :-(
# vzpkgls

Did I miss something ?

Regards .
