[Users] Sharing VLANs between multiple VEs

I'm not familiar with mapping single interfaces to containers via
veth, but I use bridging quite extensively for multiple vlans, with
multiple containers in some of those vlans,  and it works quite well.

Just some feedback for you so you know what other's have done.. :)
