[Users] Is it possible to use sa inside CT's?

Yes,

# accton on
Turning on process accounting, file set to the default 
'/var/log/account/pacct'.
accton: Operation not permitted

Is it possible to write patch to support this or it's impossible at all 
because of some limitation of OpenVZ?
