Just wanted to mention for anyone not currently keeping up with the OpenVZ Blog (and why aren't you?)... that Kir released a whole slew of updated "official" OS Templates.  There are some new ones added to the list.  See his blog post for full details:

Also, there is a comment there by me that I have rebased my contributed Fedora 10 OS Template on the official one and what changes I've made.
