Try to boot RHEL5.3 (or CentOS 5.3) kernel on your hardware -- if it 
works, good, just wait for the next OpenVZ stable kernel release (which 
should happen real soon now (TM)).

If that kernel won't work -- too bad, you have to patch the kernel yourself.
