[Users] shmmax and migrations

It looks like when I have a jail that has kernel.shmmax raised above
the default value AND a process (in this case, postgres) that has
allocated that memory, and I migrate that jail to another server,
the migration either (a) fails, or (b) fails, and the remote server
goes offline.

I am using 2.6.24-007 and 2.6.24-008 (formerly both -007).

When kernel.shmmax is raised but no process is using it the migration
goes fine, but the sysctl is lowered to the default value.

The error found in /var/log/messages is appended.

Has anyone ever run into something like this?  Is there a way to get a
jail to migrate sysctls?
