[Users] numfile in /proc/user_beancounters

Hi,
One VE is reporting numfile=850903255 & kmemsize=2753010
Do you know if this bug have any "real" side effect at one point ?
kernel panic or VE failure ?
Right now this machine is being used actively so I'd prefer not
upgrading unless it's really mandatory
