One of Parallels' goals with LXC is to get it to a place where OpenVZ is no longer needed.  Just when LXC will be mature enough... no one knows.  It would be nice to see an article about the status of LXC in mainline.  The last article I saw was on IBM DeveloperWorks last Feb working with the 2.6.27 kernel.
