Markus,  if  you  plan  to  have  just  a  few  users  you  may  want  to
reduce  the  number  of  processes  apache  will  fork  by  deault.
Take  a  look  at  the  "StartServers"  parameter  in
the  <IfModule  prefork.c>  section  of  the  httpd.conf  file.
