[Users] openvz issues.

I am having some issues on some OpenVZ nodes.  I restarted some VPS servers
and now they are unable to ping any other ip addresses or be pinged.  The
host node, can ping the ip addresses assigned to them.  I am unsure how to
troubleshoot this.  They do not seem to be having any issues starting, no
errors.  Anyone seen anything like this before?
