[Users] error on login

I have the same error :

[root at vz5 ~]# vzctl enter 133
entered into VE 133
mesg: error: tty device is not owned by group `tty'

root at virt3 [/]# ls -lrt /dev/tty
crw-rw-rw-    1 root     tty        5,   0 Feb  6 09:45 /dev/tty
