Daniel, do you have another node in that center? Or, might be DC stuff can provide you a node for a while to resolve the problem? The thing i'm going to ask you is to setup a http://wiki.openvz.org/Remote_console_setup#Serial_console. It will allow us to collect the boot logs.

Hope, it's possible cause without the logs we cann't find the reason. :\
