[Users] perl LOCALE issue- and solution

Hi,

or Disable overideing LC_* variables in /etc/ssh/sshd_config:

# Allow client to pass locale environment variables
AcceptEnv LANG LC_*

to
#AcceptEnv LANG LC_*

so default LC ist used.
